Onboarding requirements

Activation is conditional on Teson Home Care verifying all required credentials and confirming completion of the required orientation, safety, privacy, non-medical scope, client-care, documentation, and in-home visit training.

If your application advances, Teson Home Care will ask you to upload credential documents through the approved secure process. Credential, registration, training, expiry, and reverification records are tracked for recruitment and compliance. Do not email sensitive credential documents unless Teson Home Care directs you to an approved secure channel.
