These terms govern use of the agency's website, family portal, and care services. Services: the agency provides non-medical personal support services delivered by screened personal support workers. Nothing on this site is medical advice; care plans do not replace the advice of health professionals. Emergencies: this website and portal are not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger or medical distress, call 911. Billing: fees, hours, and rates are set out in your service agreement. Invoices describe services generically; payment card processing is handled by our payment provider.
