What we collect: contact details, care needs, scheduling information, and — once care begins — care documentation created by our workers. How we use it: solely to plan, deliver, coordinate, and bill for care services, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Where it lives: all records are stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and complete audit logging of both viewing and changes. What we never do: sell personal information; send health details by email or SMS (notifications only say that an update exists); share information with AI services unless the agency has enabled that feature AND you have given explicit, separate consent — and then only in de-identified form via zero-retention services. Your rights: access your information, request corrections, and withdraw consents at any time by contacting the agency. Complaints may be directed to your provincial privacy commissioner. Advertising: Teson Home Care uses third-party analytics to understand website usage and performance. Personalized advertising is disabled, and we do not send personal or health information through these tools.
